The Supply Chain Network also provides stand-alone supply chain projects where our ESCL model doesn’t quite fit.

We find that in some cases, supply chain teams just require short term help in the form of additional expertise, or extra support. This is particularly so where change management is required, and an experienced extra pair of hands is required to assist in projects.

 

Examples of this work include:

• Guidance in, or the conduct of, international or domestic logistics services tenders

• Support in the design or implementation of an ERP system upgrade or change over

• Warehousing redesign or relocation

• Costing analysis or reviews of cost effectiveness

• Inventory analysis or process review
